I went and replaced the lock thinking something went wrong with it but after installing a new lock it still wont connect.
Schlage connect door lock wont connect to wink hub.
I tried several more times and no luck.
I tried moving my schlage lock from my wink hub over to my hubitat.
When used with your z wave compatible smart home automation hub alexa connects to your schlage connect smart deadbolt so you can lock your door and check whether or not you locked up before you went to bed by just asking.
Start by opening up the door keeping it unlocked and press on the schlage button at the top of the keypad.
My app only shows one lock.
Make sure the wink hub wink hub 2 is blinking a blue light then press the 0 button on your lock.
Congratulations you are connected to your schlage touchscreen deadbolt.
I talked to wink and went through troubleshooting to no luck.
They have yet to suggest anything to try.

It began to initialize and then got stuck and never finished.
When you have successfully connected your devices you will see a flashing green check mark on the lock.
The lock should now be ready to go for manual usage.
To sync your schlage connect smart deadbolt with z wave plus to your wink hub open the wink app on your mobile device and follow the app s instructions.
From there enter in one of the user codes.
Connect it to your smarthome hub.
If successful the deadbolt will extend and retract.
This allows you to communicate with your lock via the wink app when you are remote.
None of the 3 locks will connect.
They suggested contacting schlage which is a joke.
The keypad should light up.

I cannot set up the house lock and hub.
I ran a exclusion and it did pick up the lock and removed the unknown device.

The wink app will also indicate that it has found the lock.
And you may be able to completely unpair your lock which allows the lock to be paired again with your hub.
Then run the pairing command on your lock.
The lock will blink an orange light for a few seconds then you will get a green check mark on the lock as well as a green flash of light on your wink hub wink hub 2.
I have reset the locks the hub is within a foot when i try to pair i have a zwave device 3 feet away that is paired new batteries in the locks uninstalled and reinstalled the new st app tried with new and old st app excluded get notification on app it worked and lock shows green check included lock.
In the new app click your hub from your dashboard.
